This Privacy Policy explains how Estatic Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you download and play Fuse (the "App" or "Game"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
At a glance
- No sign-up or login. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details.
- Your puzzle progress is saved only on your device. We do not run servers that receive it.
- The App shows full-screen ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID and related data.
- There are no in-app purchases and no real money. Fuse is a puzzle for entertainment.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
None. The App has no account, registration or login, and does not ask you to enter personal information. If you choose to email us, we will receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you.
1.2 Game data stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves the following locally on your device:
- Puzzle progress: the highest level reached, the level you are on, and the board and taps of a level you have not finished
- How many times you have moved on from each solved level
- Your theme: light, dark, or match the device
This data stays on your device. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot see it.
1.3 Information collected automatically by third parties
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to show advertisements. When ads are requested or shown, Google may automatically collect information such as:
- Device identifiers: the Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV)
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate (coarse) location
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version
- Ad interaction data, such as ads viewed or tapped, and ad performance and diagnostic data
This information is collected and processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy (see section 3). We do not receive your Advertising ID or IP address in a form that identifies you.
2. How information is used
- To run the Game: on-device data saves your progress and theme so you can continue and keep your look.
- To show ads: Google uses the data in section 1.3 to deliver, measure and improve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud. Play counts stored on the device are used only to decide when a full-screen ad may appear.
- To support you: if you email us, we use your message to respond.
- To comply with law: where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free to play and is supported by ads. It shows interstitial ads (full-screen ads) when you move on from certain solved levels. It does not show banner ads or rewarded ads. If an ad is not ready, you still move on.
Ads are provided by Google LLC. To learn how Google uses data, please see:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

App Tracking Transparency (iPhone and iPad)
On iOS, the first time you reach the title menu, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt may ask whether the App may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Allow, Google AdMob may use your IDFA to show more relevant ads. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the IDFA is not shared and you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using it. The Game works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Regional consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown. That form appears on the title menu when it is required. Where the law requires a way back, Settings › Privacy in the Game opens the same choices again.
Controlling personalised ads
Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (usually Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).
iOS: you can turn off tracking as described above, and limit Apple's own personalised ads in Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.
Both: you can manage Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
4. App permissions
The App requests only the permissions it needs. It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, files or vibration.
Android
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Internet, Network state | To load and show ads. |
Advertising ID (AD_ID) and Android Ad Services | Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads, as described in section 3. |
iOS
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| App Tracking Transparency (optional) | Asks whether Google AdMob may use your IDFA for personalised ads, as described in section 3. Ads still show if you decline. |
On iOS the App also uses an internet connection to show ads. That does not need a permission prompt.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only:
- With Google AdMob, as part of showing ads (section 3);
- If required by law, regulation, court order or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us;
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to any information transferred.
6. No purchases, no real money
- Fuse has no coins, prizes, cash amounts or other rewards with real-world value.
- No real money is involved. You cannot deposit, pay, bet or win real money.
- The App does not offer in-app purchases and does not collect payment information.
- The App is not a gambling, betting or lottery app.
7. Data retention and deletion
- On-device game data is kept until you delete it. Settings › Reset Progress in the Game starts the puzzle again from level 1 and clears the saved board. Your theme stays. You can also erase everything by clearing the App's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the App.
- Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google's policies. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
- Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them.
Because we do not store your game data on our servers, there is no account to delete. If you have any data deletion request, contact us at the email below and we will help.
8. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Security
Game data is stored in the App's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot normally read. If that save cannot be read, the App starts again from a fresh progress record. Ad requests made by the Google Mobile Ads SDK are sent over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for users in the EEA/UK, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance or complaint.
- Your game data is on your device and fully under your control (see section 7).
- You can control ad personalisation in your device and Google settings, and, where shown, in Settings › Privacy in the Game (see section 3).
- For any other request, email us. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Third-party services
The App shows ads from third-party advertisers through Google AdMob. Tapping an ad may open a page or app we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, may also notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. Contact us
